**About**

# A father and a son.

One of us has spent a career selling and delivering technology to some of the largest organisations in the country. The other is the reason anybody hears about us at all.

### Gary Griffiths

Partner

Twenty-five years selling and delivering enterprise technology across Australia, Asia Pacific and the United States. Gary has built public sector technology businesses from a standing start to market leadership, led one of the largest government platform agreements publicly reported in Australia, and run national teams through the delivery that follows a signature.

For six years alongside that he founded and ran an international digital marketing services business, serving more than a hundred clients across Australia, North America and Europe. It was profitable every year it traded. That is where the marketing side of this business comes from — not from a course, from running one.

He holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, where he later taught marketing on the MBA program, and sits on the board of a Canberra not-for-profit supporting people with disability.

### Kai Griffiths

Partner

Kai is front of house, and for most of our clients he is the first person from Well Handled they ever meet. He turns up, asks about the business, and listens properly — which sounds like a low bar until you compare it with how most people are sold a website.

What he brings back is the difference between a site that looks fine and one that actually says what the business is for. The research and the build follow the conversation. They don't replace it.

**The name**

## Why *Well Handled*.

Because it's what you want someone to say about the thing you handed over. Not that it was innovative, or transformative, or best in class. That it was handled — and handled well.

It also finishes a sentence, which turns out to be useful. Your website. Handled. Your enquiries. Handled. Whatever we take on next, the promise is already in the name.

## Worth a conversation?

We'll build you something to look at first. That's the easiest way to find out.
