Do I need an office address to be on Google?
No. If you go to your customers, Google lets you list as a service-area business with your address hidden, and that's how we set it up. A virtual office or a mailbox address can get a listing suspended, so we don't use one.
Do I even need a website if people just call from Google?
Plenty of people look at your site after they find you on Google, to see your work and the suburbs you cover before they ring. The site is also where your services and prices are written down where Google can read them.
